There seems to be some confusion over whether or not Usher has filed for divorce, but S2S about to clear that up.
 
The ’Net was buzzing after In Touch Weekly reported that the singer had filed the papers in an Atlanta court Thursday morning.
 
That’s news to his estranged wife, Tameka Foster, who has yet to be served with any divorce, TMZ.com reports. However, a source said that Tameka hasn’t heard from Usher “in a few days,” even though she’s been trying to reach him.
 
And if you don’t believe her, there’s no court record of Usher ever having filed for divorce, either. But keep in mind that, as S2S reported earlier this week, the two are in mediation.
