Will.I.Am said he didn’t give celebrity blogger Perez Hilton a black eye.
 
Perez claimed that he was attacked yesterday in Toronto after being a presenter at the MuchMusic Awards. But instead of calling the police, he twittered to more than 1 million of his followers that the person who beat him up was Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas.
 
Although Will agrees there was some tension with the blogger, he said he never laid a hand on the other man. In fact, he claims that Perez was the one that came at him sideways.
 
“For those that have been following my dips on [DipDive.com]: I I told y’all what happened, [but] this dude twists,” he said of Perez during a video he posted to the site. “I’m the one that the came to him with respect, he’s the one that called me a f****t outside the club.”
 
Then he went on to refute Perez’s accusation by pointing out that Perez chose to Twitter about the incident instead of going to the authorities about the alleged attack.
 
“Sounds like someone wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health,” Will said before going on to address Perez directly.  “I didn’t hit you, and this is very wrong that you are [tweeting] that I did that—once again disrespecting me and everything that I stand for. …Shame on you; shame on your behavior.”
 

 
Will has even created an account on Twitter (something he didn’t have before this morning) to dispute Perez’s accusations.  The last thing he tweeted was simply, “Perez is a liar.”

Perez, determined to have the last text (for now), fired back with, “There are multiple witnesses. You can deny all you want. The truth is the truth and I am telling the truth.”
