Kelis is trying to get a hearing in her bitter divorce with Nas moved to an earlier date.

The singer has been asking a judge to make Nas pay for $23,500 in pre-natal expenses and baby supplies. She’s also seeking spousal support in the divorce, but the rapper hasn’t shelled out money for anything thus far.
 
TMZ.com reports that the hearing was originally set for July 21, but Kelis could be in labor then, and she really needs the money.
 
Her lawyer has asked the court to change the date. Unfortunately, the judge hearing her case was off on vacation and the stand-in judge isn’t touching the court calendar.
