Michael Jackson’s will from 2002 has been filed in court, and details of the document have been released—including the fact that his ex-wife has been left out of it.

John Branca, Michael’s lawyer, submitted the will to Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, MTV News reports. In it the singer stated he left control of his estate to the Michael Jackson Family Trust.  And he designated John, Barry Siegel and John McClain to act as the co-executors of the Trust.
 
And Michael made it very clear that he wanted his mother, Katherine Jackson, to get custody of his three kids. As a backup, he stated that he wanted custody of the kids to pass to Diana Ross in case Katherine couldn’t take care of the kids.
 
It’s been reported that Michael left nothing to his father, Joe Jackson. Also noticeably missing his will is his ex-wife and the surrogate mother to his two oldest children, Debbie Rowe.  And it wasn’t just some oversight on his part, either.
 
"I have intentionally omitted to provide for my former wife, Deborah Jean Rowe Jackson," he said in the will.
 
Finally, Michael made no mention in the will about where he would like to be laid to rest.
