Mariah Carey holds ‘Memoirs’
Mariah Carey has pushed back the release of her upcoming album, Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel.
Originally, the album was supposed to drop on August 25; now national retailers and their online components (like Target.com) are showing that the CD won’t hit their shelves until September 15. However, it is available for pre-order for $11.99.
While Mimi has been mum about this development, she let fans know Tuesday that she is busy finishing up Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel as we speak…or tweet in her case.
“Quick update-been in the studio finishing this album-hopefully coming overseas soon,” she wrote on Twitter.
In the meantime, MC announced that the remix video for “Obsessed” would be released on Thursday.
