Taraji is a ‘Bad’ auntie

The theatrical trailer and official movie poster for Tyler Perry’s I Can Do Bad All By Myself have finally been released!

Taraji stars as aspiring singer April, a woman who, at first, wants nothing to do with her sister’s children that Madea caught stealing from her house.  She also winds up taking in a strange man (played by Adam Rodriguez) that questions her relationship with her nieces and nephews. And it looks like there may be some swirling going on in the movie with him, too.

Mary J. Blige plays April’s friend, and she also sings the movie’s title track. But with a title like “I Can Do Bad All By Myself,” who else could really do the song justice?

And we can’t wait to see Madea trying to teach somebody how to pray. It’ll be worth $8.50 just to see that! Check out the trailer below for a bunch of other great reasons to see I Can Do Bad All By Myself, though.
