It looks like a messy custody battle over Michael Jackson’s kids has been avoided and they are staying with their grandmother Katherine.
 
Her lawyer, L.  Londell McMillan, told CBS’ “The Early Show” that the Jackson matriarch will be awarded full custody of Paris, Prince Michael and Blanket.
 
"There is no situation better for these children than for them to be raised and reared in the loving care of Mrs. Katherine Jackson," Londell said this morning.
 
According to him, a statement detailing issues with Debbie Rowe, Michael’s ex-wife and the mother of his two oldest children, will be released later today.  He added that, despite reports on the pop icon’s exorbitant debts, Katherine and the kids should be well taken care of because he left behind a sizeable estate.
 
"That estate is worth, in my estimation, a couple of billion dollars," Londell speculated. "You hear $500 million. Don't buy it.
