A trial date has been set in the case of Morgan Freeman’s car accident last August.
 
The Associated Press reports that Demaris L. Meyer, the woman who was in Morgan’s car, claims he was at fault for the wreck that sent them both to the hospital with serious injuries.
 
The trial has been set for August 9, 2010.
 
Morgan, of course, denies the blame she places on him. The Oscar-winning actor was driving near his home in Missippi when his car ran off the road and rolled several times.
