Diddy’s singer from Da Band, Sara Stokes, has gotten tangled up in a domestic stabbing.
 
TMZ.com reports that the siren was arrested on August 2 for domestic violence after cutting her husband, Tony Stokes. A mugshot of her shows a badly scraped and bruised face, but according to police, Tony never laid a hand on her.
 
Authorities said that Sara hurt her head when she tripped while storming out of the house that Sunday. The couple had just had a heated argument and when she fell, she accused him of pushing her.
 
That’s when things really went left. Sara grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm right in front of their three kids.
 
When emergency crews came, the singer was taken into custody for assault with deadly weapon and domestic violence.
 
Despite what the police report states, though, Sara’s lawyer tells a slightly different story.
 
"Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground.” Eric Kayria told TMZ. “Somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured."
 
Gee, we wonder how that possibly could have happened.
