Beyoncé’s ‘poison’ leaked

A previously unreleased track by Beyoncé has hit the ’Net.

According to Rap-up.com, the song is called “Poison” and it was released as part of DJ Haze’s Big R&B Ego mixtape.  There’s no word on when it might have been recorded or which of her albums it had been intended for.

In “Poison” Bey sings about a relationship that she knows is no good for her, but still one that she can’t give up. We like the stuttering beats coupled with her liquidy voice on this track, but we can’t help but wonder why it would have been cut.

Give it a listen and tell us what you think.

And rumor has it that Bey will be charming Eva Longoria in Tipping The Velvet, AllHipHop.com reports. Sasha would be playing singer and male impersonator Kitty Butler.

The movie is based off of a book by the same name that was released in the 1800s.
