When applied to music, the vocal effect can turn any song into an instant hit or drive Jay-Z to distraction. So the good people at CNN and NBC decided they’d see if adding some of that swag to their nightly broadcasts would help boost ratings.  This clip might explain where T-Pain been the last couple months.
