Jay-Z talks about wedding
Jay-Z is opening up about his wedding day in the October issue of O magazine, and he’s letting fans listen to his new album before it hits stores.
Oprah has gotten Jay-Z to talk about the one topic he’s always been super hush-hush about: His wife, Beyoncé. And Hov explained why he and Bey are so tight-lipped about their relationship.
“Do you and Beyoncé have a pact that you just won't talk about each other,” Oprah asked him in an excerpt of her interview posted on Oprah.com.
“Yeah. When you're a public person, you have to keep some things to yourself,” Jay answered.
One thing Bey and Jay made sure to keep to themselves was their wedding in April 2008. But if you were one of the millions who heard about their nuptials after the fact, don’t be hurt, some of the couples nearest and dearest didn’t know about it either.
“Very few [people knew],” Jigga said about the ceremony. “The sad part is that we offended some. But people who love you understand. Because at the end of the day, it's your day.”
But that’s not the only thing Jay is leaking, the rap mogul is also letting his fans preview his entire upcoming album, The Blueprint 3, on MTV's The Leak.
Several songs from the album have been leaked, but this is the first time that hip-hop heads will get to hear all 15 songs like “Thank You,” “Empire State of Mind,” and “Forever Young.”
Among Jay’s featured collabos are Kanye West, Rihanna, Alicia Keys, Swizz Beats and Drake.
