Kim Zolciak’s ‘Tardy’ with her payments

Kim Zolciak of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" may not be a  tardy for the party, but the same can't be said for when it comes to paying her bills.

A tipster told
E! News Monday that her single "Tardy for the Party" was removed iTunes because Kim hasn’t given the producer his cut of download sales.

"The song was number three on iTunes for the last four days, but since Don Vito owns the copyright to the song and he hasn't been paid, he requested that the song be taken down off iTunes," said the source.

Kim’s camp declined to comment when asked by about the unpaid fees. But, apparently, there are no hard feelings on Don’s end because he only had nice things to say about Kim, noting that he looks forward to working with her again.
