Rappers care about Black people

Ludacris and T.I. are pitching in to help flood victims in Atlanta rebuild their lives and homes.

TMZ.com reports that The Ludacris Foundation is teaming up with Home Depot and Sam’s Club, and the rappers will each donate $10,000 to the relief effort.

And the organization isn’t stopping there, either. Reps announced that the foundation is also working on a food bank and a gift card giveaway that could start by the end of the week.

Atlanta officials said the storm and result flood destroyed nearly 500 homes and caused about $61 million worth of damage.
