Shyne's release was rumored and he is now facing deportation.
 
Unfortunately, Shyne did not get released from prison yesterday. According to MTV News, who spoke with Shyne's attorney and other reps, the former Bad Boy rapper's release was a rumor generated by the prison's security that showed an earlier release date.
 
Shyne's luck continues to get gloomier. Currently, the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement are deciding on deporting the rapper who was born in Belize. 
 
MTV furthered reported that his release date has still not been determined.
