Preliminary results of AJ Jewell's autopsy found he may have had an illness that could have factored into his untimely death two weeks ago.
 
Dr. Kelly Rose, who performed the examination, told TMZ.com that she thinks AJ had Sickle Cell Anemia, which could have played a major role in his death. The condition hinders the oxygen from getting into body tissue.
 
She speculates that AJ may not have been able to restore enough oxygen he lost during his fight in front of Atlanta strip Body Tap two weeks ago.
