The Soul Train Awards make a huge comeback next month to honor several notable figures.
 
The Soul Train Awards has always been a favorite for R&B fans.  Now music lovers and Soul Train fans can get ready to tune in again, because on November 3, the Soul Train Awards will air again after a two-year hiatus.

 
This year the award show will air on BET’s new Centric network, which made its debut late September. The channel touts itself for reflecting “the lifestyle and sophistication of today’s African American and multicultural viewer. “ 

The ceremony will be taped in Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center, and it will be hosted by Taraji P. Henson. This year’s notable honorees are Chaka Khan, Babyface, L.A. Reid and Charlie Wilson.  Terrence is also scheduled to make an appearance.
 
“We are pleased to re-launch the iconic Soul Train Awards on the new Centric network,” stated Kenard Gibbs, Soul Train Holdings Co-CEO in a recent press release. 
 
Tune in for some some love, peace, and soul on November 3 at 9 p.m. EST.
