Despite previous reports, an Atlanta court offical claims that Usher is not a free man just yet.
 
Earlier this week, TMZ.com reported that Usher’s divorce form estranged wife Tameka Foster was final, showing court documents stating the case had been “disposed”. However, Fulton County court official Don Plummer said that that’s not so.
 
“The case if in the process of going through pre-trial motions,” Don explained to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “The case is somewhere between filing for divorce and the final decree by the judge.

 
Meanwhile, Tameka went on V-103 (minus he wedding ring), and spoke about Usher’s music.  Specifically, she was asked whether she thought his latest single, “Papers,” was about her.
 
“It’s one of those situations where, from what I have heard, the songs was written a long time ago.  I wasn’t in a divorce or papers-receiving situation eight months ago,” she said. “If Usher had taken [Mario’s] ‘Breakup’ and everybody was dancing in the club, would it have been about me again?”
