The dust-up between reality star Tila Tequila and her ex-man Shawne Merriman isn’t over yet.
 
TMZ.com reports that Tila is taking their alleged fight with a lawsuit against the NFL player. Tila’s lawyer, Cyrus Nownejad, included pictures of the bruises she purportedly received from Shawne. Cyrus also attempted to illustrate the physical difference between Tila and the linebacker who plays for the San Diego Chargers.
 
The suit stems from an altercation she reported in September when Shawne supposedly choked and manhandled her during a verbal argument. So far, the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office has refused to file criminal charges.
 
Tila is suing Shawne for a host of charges, including assault, battery and false imprisonment. The amount she’s seeking in damages is undisclosed at this time.
