Forever 21 is launching Boutique by Forever 21, a line of higher-quality clothes that look vintage.

As much as we love the cheap and stylish wares of Forever 21, "classic" isn't really a word that we'd use to describe them. Maybe they were the clothing chain was thinking the same thing because they've announced a new line: Boutique by Forever 21.

Forever 21 describes its latest offering as "vintage inspired, feminine and romantic," and we'd be apt to agree. There are plenty of soft, nude-like colors, draped fabrics and dresses in feminine shapes.
