Shopping your favorite brands, like Gap, Starbucks and Apple, can help in the international fight to eradicate AIDS.

Shopping your favorite brands, like Gap, Starbucks and Apple, can help in the international fight to eradicate AIDS.
'Tis the season of giving, so why not give for a cause and get some of your favorite products? Product RED distributes specially branded products from the world's top brands, including Nike, Dell and Emporio Armani, that distribute a portion of the profits to the Global Fund.
In honor of World Aids Day, some of those companies are giving even more when you buy today. If you need help deciding what to get, here's a few of our favorites:
Gap (PRODUCT) RED™ Stella McCartney Graphic T ($28): Certain Gap stores are donating 1 percent of their profits today to the Global Fund. Head to Gap.com to see if your local store is chipping in.
Apple iPod Nano (Product) Red, 8GB ($149): A percentage of the proceeds from this special edition iPod benefit the Global Fund. Can't shell out $149 for the cause? You can also pick up the RED iTunes gift card.
Converse 1HUND(RED) Artist #80 Lupe Fiasco ($55.99, reduced from $80): Converse was one of the first companies on board, and it continues to create unique spins on their classic Chuck designs.
For more info on World Aids Day deals, check out their blog or hit them up on Twitter.
