Omarion is sliding into the judge’s seat for MTV’s dance crew battle royale.


 
MTV has announced that O is taking over as the third judge on “America’s Best Dance Crew.” He’s replacing choreographer Shane Sparks, who was arrested on charges of child molestation last year.
 
"Dancing and performing is what I do and being a judge on this show will allow me to give creative feedback to the newest and hottest dancers on the rise,” Omarion said of his newest role. 


 
This opportunity couldn’t have come at a better time for O. The entertainer, who recently started his own label, just dropped Ollusion. A little face time on TV every week could go a long way to helping album sales.


 
He’ll be joining veteran judges Lil’ Mama and JC Chasez starting January 28 when the fifth season of “America’s Best Dance Crew” premieres on MTV at 10 p.m.
