Lil’ Wayne is free for another month so he can take care of his mouth.

 
A Manhattan judge has postponed the rapper’s sentencing in a felony gun possession case until March 2 for a medical reason. According to the New York Daily News, Wayne has to head down to Miami for oral surgery before starting his yearlong prison term.

 
Prosecution in the case agreed to the delay because it is “medically necessary.”

 
Reportedly the usually boisterous Weezy F. Baby said absolutely nothing during his court visit. And after the judge announced their decision, he and his crew got back in their respective SUVs and rode off.

 
With this new development, Wayne will spend a lot of time in court this March than originally expected. He’s up on drug and weapons charges in Arizona, and that case is slated to go to trial next month.
