Eight of the 10 most influential celebrities in America are Black!

A recent study shows that more consumers trust Black celebrities.
According to Davie Brown Entertainment, eight of the top 10 most influential celebrities are Black, AdAge reports.
Barack Obama knocked Tom Hanks from the top spot on The Davie Brown Index, a position he’s held for the last two years. After Tom, Will Smith, Michael Jordan and Morgan Freeman came in third, fourth and fifth place, respectively.
Rounding out the top 10 are (in this order): George Clooney, Denzel Washington, Michelle Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Tiger Woods.
The index ranks over 1,000 celebrities on eight key attributes, including “trust,” “influence,” “trendsetter” and “endorsement.”
