Rihanna is being sued by personal trainer who wants her to pay up for the push-ups.


 
According to E! News, Rihanna owes Cindy Percival more than $26,000 in unpaid fees. The fitness guru recently filed suit against Rihanna in Los Angeles Superior Court, claiming that she hasn’t been paid for services rendered between September and October of 2009.


 
"She was made exclusively available to Rihanna," said Cindy’s attorney, Scott Fischer. "She essentially stopped seeing her other clients and devoted her time to being available to Rihanna whenever she wanted to be trained. Some of that involved travel."
 
This is a new issue for Cindy, who had worked with Rihanna for about two years before this non-payment problem. Cindy’s legal team sent a letter to the singer’s camp in February seeking payment on the final two months of service, but the request seems to have been dismissed thus far.


 
"There's no explanation whatsoever," Scott told E! "Her management got a hold of Cindy and informed her there would be no further need for her services; but, in the meantime, Cindy had submitted invoices for payment and they weren't honoring the invoices.”


 
Rihanna’s camp has yet to comment on the matter.
