Tracy Morgan returns to Syfy
Tracy Morgan will keep his frightfully funny gig on “Scare Tactics.”
The Syfy Network announced that the comedian will return to host the fourth season of hidden camera. He’ll also act as an executive producer on the half-hour show where people set up friends and family in hilariously horrific scenarios.
"We're ecstatic to be bringing back Scare Tactics for another season to all our die-hard Syfy reality fans," said Syfy VP of Original Programming Mark Stern. "Tracy has his finger on the pulse when it comes to comedy and having him on board as executive producer just adds another layer to the huge success of our show."
The network, which also plays S2S fave “Eureka,” has ordered 13 episodes of “Scare Tactics.” Producers are planning to make next season the series’ biggest and best, and writers are already hard at work thinking up pranks that will knock victims and viewers dead.
They have a while to work up something spectacular, too. The fourth season of “Scare Tactics” will go into production this spring, but it won’t air until fall.
