J. Hud is in Weight Watchers

Jennifer Hudson will stop dieting and start living as the new body for Weight Watchers.
J. Hud, a new mama, decided not to call Jenny Craig when she wanted to reclaim her frame. The singer and Oscar-winning actress announced today that she is the new spokeswoman for Weight Watchers.
“I am enjoying the weight loss because I’m doing it the right way–I feel empowered with what I’ve learned, everything from portion control to what foods will help keep me satisfied,” J. Hud said of her eating habits under the slim-down program. “It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet.”
Fans and fellow watchers can track Jen’s journey to an even sleeker physique on her page at WeightWatchers.com. She’ll be writing a blog for the company and telling everyone what worked for her while losing weight—that includes what music she listens to while working out!
And it seems that the company might be unveiling a new catch phrase in Jen’s ads.
Jen’s been looking great lately, but she said the thing she likes most about WW is that the menu makes it super easy to get her sexy back.
“I can follow the plan no matter where I am, still enjoy my favorite foods and even use the iPhone app to track my points,” she said. “Just try it--just a week--and it's almost guaranteed you will never ever go away from it."
You can get a taste of what’s been on her plate by following recipes on her page.
