Oprah Winfrey just reminded her staff why it’s pretty sweet to work for the media maven.

 
Who cares about a car? AdAge.com reports that O gifted each member of her magazine staff with an iPad and personalized iPad case with their initials. But the best part of the goody bag, hands down, was the check for $10,000 that every employee got, regardless of how long they’d been working for O magazine.

 
Oprah laced her helpers with the extravagant gifts in honor of her magazine’s 10th anniversary. 


 
"These were personal gifts to the staff from Oprah to thank them for their hard work and dedication to the magazine," said a spokeswoman for Hearst Publications, the company that prints and distributes O magazine every month.


 
We’ll just say what everyone’s thinking: This beats the heck out of any bonus you’ve ever gotten, which pretty much makes Oprah the coolest boss ever.
