Ousted USDA employee Shirley Sherrod is taking action against the blogger who caused big problems for her.
 
Shirley announced Thursday at the National Association of Black Journalists convention that she plans to sue Andrew Breitbart. He’s the conservative blogger who posted an explosive video clip of the former USDA official speaking at a NAACP meeting.   


 
The video lead to an onslaught of criticism for Shirley because it seemed to display a racist mindset. Shirley was eventually forced to resign from her job. Andrew argues that he posted the edited clip to show that racism exists in the NAACP, which demanded that the teaparty movement renounce its own bigotry.


 
Shirley said that she still hasn’t received an apology from Andrew. "He had to know that he was targeting me," she said.
