Erykah Badu fined for ‘Window Seat’

Erykah Badu has been put on probation and must pay a small fine for her controversial video “Window Seat.”

Erykah knew she would get in trouble for her public striptease back in March. She even brought bail money to the guerilla video shoot in Dallas. It turns out that she didn’t need all the money.

According to
Popeater.com, Eyrkah paid a $500 fine and has been placed on six months probation.

A witness to the shocking display made a sworn statement back in April, and Eyrkah was later cited for disorderly conduct. However, she feels that her vision for the video was “grossly misunderstood.”

"J.F.K. is one of my heroes, one of the nation's heroes,” Erykah said during an appearance on “The Wanda Sykes Show” in April. “Kennedy was a revolutionary; he was not afraid to butt heads with America, and I was not afraid to show America my butt-naked truth."

Speaking of Wanda, she did a spoof “Window Seat” that still has us dying. Watch it below.
