Mario has been set free after being arrested for allegedly attacking his mom.

 
According to TMZ.com, Mario was taken into custody early this morning after authorities were called to the Baltimore apartment that he shares with his mother, Shawnita Hathaway. 


 
Reportedly, Shawnita told police that Mario had pushed her around the home and that he’d been damaging property. While searching the home, authorities found a broken mirror, a hole in a closet door and a busted china cabinet among other damaged items.


 
Shawnita claimed that Mario had assaulted her earlier this week and pushed her "eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall."
 
Mario, who was arrested for 2nd degree assault, was released this morning on $50,000 bond.
