Justin Timberlake's bringing tequila back
Diddy and his Cîroc vodka better move over. Justin Timberlake's about to unleash his new tequila, 901, on the world.
With a successful music career, a budding film portfolio and some serious chops as a clothier (see William Rast), we aren't at all suprised to see JT venture into the world of spirits.
The name pays homage to both the singer's Memphis roots and that very special time of day before the clubs really start to get it poppin. "901 is that time of night when your evening is ending, but your night is just beginning," said Justin's publicist, according to People.com.
Justin's tequila, which is traditionally a Mexican spirit derived from the blue agave plant, has been in production for two years and will be stocked in select cities this May.
