Is Jamie Foxx expanding his audience?

It looks like Jamie Foxx is following in Sheila E.’s footsteps.

He’s going to be one of the acts taking the stage for “George Strait: ACM Artist of the Decade All Star Concert,” which will air on CBS.

There are no specific details on what Jamie will be singing, or whether he’ll be solo.  Hmmm, we wonder if the audience will like a countrified rendition of “Blame It.”

Other acts for the show include Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban and Brooks & Dunn.

Only four other singers have been given the honor of being named ACM’s Artist of the Decade, and this is the first time the award will be broadcast as its own TV special.

You can see Jamie switch up his game on “George Strait: ACM Artist of the Decade All Star Concert,” when it airs May 27 at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
