Damon Dash is about to go from Roc-A-Fella to single fella now that Rachel Roy has filed for divorce.

Fashion Designer Rachel Roy, Dame’s wife, filed for divorce earlier this month in Manhattan, the New York Daily News reports. Court documents state that she wants to split for “nonmonetary relief.”

The couple had been married for four years before Damon was served with divorce papers.   He can just add that to the stack of suits he’s already dealing with.

Damon owes $2 million dollars in taxes and a bank has started foreclosing on his condos in Manhattan. A New York judge even ordered the city to repossess his Chevy Tahoe because he couldn’t make the monthly payments of $714.99.

Speaking of monthly payments, The Roc-A-Fella co-founder is also being sued by landlords and law firms because he hasn’t paid his bills.

“He’s broke, he’s got nothing left,” a source told the Daily News. 

Damon isn’t worried though.  He’s producing “Hip-Hop Monologues” which recounts the story of Jim Jones’ life.  The Off-Broadway show debuted last year.
 
"And when I come back, I'm gonna change the economy as well," he told New York magazine. Now that’s some unshakeable confidence.
