When your skin has a natural sheen, it's difficult to justify why you need a moisturizer. Which is probably why way too many brown girls skip that crucial step in their daily skincare regimen.

Facial moisturizers don't have to clog pores, and they do for the face what your omnipresent lotion does for your skin: keeps it glowing and smooth.

So, we took a look at some of our Celebrity Beauty Scoops past and logged what some of the hottest stars do to get their daily moisture on.

Keri Hilson's a newcomer to the solo music scene but she's a pro when it comes to a beautiful, even tone. "I make sure I moisturize and put a sunscreen on top of the moisturizer," she revealed in an issue of Sister 2 Sister. Her products of choice are Dr. Lancerx's Glo2w Repair (to moisturize) and the line's Protect (as a sunscreen) ($100, Lancerdermatology.com)

Lauren London's beauty approach may be "less is more," but the price tag on her daily moisturizer is definitely "more is more." She slathers on La Mer's Moisturizing Lotion ($190, cremedelamer.com) to keep her skin in picture-perfect shape. Lauren prefers to stick to the same regime because she "tried [switching up products] before and it actually doesn't work," she told S2S.

Raven-Symoné's golden complexion is treated to Rx for Brown Skin Absolute Radiance Intensive Exfoliating Serum ($38, Sephora.com). Ironically, she's the complete opposite of Lauren, telling us, "I don't like to stick to the same [skincare routine] for too long because I feel like my face gets used to it."
