Kanye West doesn’t have to go before a judge just yet.

TMZ.com reports that the Kanye’s lawyers won a delay for his arraignment Monday, April 13.  He was charged with two counts each of vandalism, battery and grand theft after getting into it with TMZ photographers at LAX last September.
 
Kanye took a camera light from one TMZ photographer and smashed it on the floor of the Los Angeles airport, while crying out for help from police. Kanye’s manager, Don Crowley, was also involved in the tussle; he even went after the cameramen themselves.
 
The judge exonerated their bonds because neither man has a criminal record. They also promised to be present for their arraignments.
 
Now, Kanye faces two and half years in jail for damaging TMZ’z flashing lights.  Don, on the other hand, could be sentenced to five years behind bars.
