Tyler’s accused stalker indicted

A trial may not be too far away for Dawne Wilson, who has formally been charged with stalking Tyler Perry.

TMZ.com reports that a grand jury indicted Dawne May 5 on a felony charge of aggravated stalking. And there was enough evidence to get the ball rolling on a trial.

She’ll be arraigned today and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

Dawne was arrested last month for violating a restraining order after she popped up at Tyler’s studio in Atlanta.

Before that she’d been sending him disturbing messages where she claimed he was “assisting the devil.” Tyler said he was so unsettled by the correspondence that it made him fear for his safety.
