Nas and Kelis split caused by sex tape
There are new details in the divorce between Nas and Kelis.
Although Kelis is the one who filed for divorce, Nas is actually the one who called for the split, according a source for TheYBF. They said that the marriage started to break down after Nas found out about a sex tape that Kelis made with a little-known rapper.
The explicit video was recorded before Nas and Kelis ever got married; when the tape was leaked it was, reportedly, a real blow to his ego. After that, he began to physically separate himself from her.
The source also claims that Kelis got pregnant as a last effort to save her marriage. Even though Nas is happy to have a son on the way, he still intended to end their union.
However, Kelis wanted to beat him to it and hurriedly filed for divorce last week.
