Sadly I just received this article in an email over a year later, and frankly Im DISGUSTED in general. At uneducated people in general. Dont want to be the stereotype? Dont act like it. Want to be respected and treated well? Then damn it walk the part. People will treat you the way you act, but sadly people will also treat you the way OTHER people act. Because some of my sisters are "twisted" and inflammed, this back fires on me when it comes to the said morons of society on a daily basis. Respect comes first FROM YOURSELF. Want to be seen as cheap and easy then let your ass hang out let your breast fall out so everyone can see them from across the room. Respect your self first and you will learn/earn respect for/from OTHER women and people in general.

Shy1 or whatever your name was........ When you worte that were you actually wanting to be taken seriously? I mean for starters, where did you go to shcool? If your education actually taught you to spell like that, then your parents need a refund. Sweety you were all over the place. You may have even made thing WORSE. Please remember in the future to RESEARCH first, THEN start to talk/write. History is history and if you close your mind and eyes to it you are doomed to repeat it, and you are making YOUR personal history now. All I can say is I hope you copied that post and put it away to read once you "grow up" a bit. Finally the reason I actually wanted to respond I have a few questions that may never reach Ms Disgusted. Im saying Ms. because Im guessing you never married the black man you were engaged to, and if you have then maybe this will give you food for thought......

1) Why are you reading a magizine "AIMED" at the black community. I mean to each his own but most who are not would not unless they wanted information of some kind. Did you have the question and just decide to pick up a "black mag" and figured what the hell they can answer my question? Why not just ask "your man's" FATHER about black women. Even better why not ask his black MOTHER about black women Im VERY sure she would have been more than happy to educated you on the subject, but then Im sure that would have ended your relationship faster then lightining.

2) Did you honestly think that people would respond to your uneducated ramble with kidness and "high fives?" Im sure you got some from the people you showed the article to but Im also willing to bet they were your friends and not the friends or family of "your man". Because if you really believed what you wrote you would not have hidden behind a fake moniker, but used your real name. Or did you fear that some angry over weight black woman in VA would find you and scream loudly at you about it?

The poster that said you basically demeaned black women was right, but you did not just demean black women you demeaned ALL women. You not being a black women I dont expect you to understand that all you did was widen the gap in racial tention and prolong more than a few stereotypes both black and white. As a bi-racial couple I would HOPE you would want to end that kind of hatred and ignorance starting with your own. Black women do not hate you because you are dating a black man. Have you ever watched in a mirror when you get these looks? What look are they getting from you? I too am in a bi-racial relationship and know this first hand, that is what gives me the knowledge to say. If you flaunt "your man" as a trophy and not as a humanbeing, that may be why they look at you funny. But if you love him for him and not his color, then why the ^%$#& do you care what they think anyway? Just a question.

The last question will not affect you if you and "your man" did not marry, but if you did I want to ask you this question. What are you going to tell your DAUGHTER when she asks you, "Mommy, do you think I'm pretty." "Timmy said Im ugly and my lips are too big, do you think they are too big?!" When she cries because she thinks she is ugly I guess you could show her this article that YOU wrote about half of what she is and asnwer her that way. Would make it easier for you. Society will see her as a black child to whites and a white child to blacks, she is going to need a mother that can understand how ignorant the world is. However if you raised her right, and you have actually learned something from this BS you started you can look her in the face and full heartedly tell her she is a BEAUTIFUL, PROUD, STRONG WOMAN, and having been blessed with the parents she has, she has the best of two worlds to explore.

Well I must say Shay1 to educate you; originally egyptians and Africans were all black before the thirsty white man went there and professed it as his land so whether ur white or black you need to know your ancerstorial history; Black Royalty was not talking about modern day culture but about how it originally was; the new day and change is messed up in how so many people are educated and how they interpret culture and its truth about black women/people... regardless to how you see it no woman can compliment a black man like a black woman. I have found that I can only deal with them for short periods of time because like you said they are always complaining about something, like their babies daddy (And they are the one who chose to have a baby or 2,or 3 with him), have some DUMB drama going on, always begging for TIME, MONEY, SEX, ATTENTION and for you to COMPLETE them. If you have 2 and 3 babies daddies why in the hell would I want to wife you NOW!!! And as far as the brother saying white women are easier than black women sex wise, N----- PLEASE!!! I have F----- so many sisters on the 1st and 2nd date its not even funny. I of course know a lot of brothers as well and the story is the same. I truly WISH that my concern was with my woman making MORE than me or DRIVING a better car than me. The brother that responded is 1 of a few things 1) He is soft as hell and has dealt with a very small number of women 2) Luckily has found a true GEM like our president 3) Is in DEEP DENIAL about whats going on with todays black woman. Get it together thats not considered being a "strong person" by having an attitude problem and not being able to get along with people. Most of you even say you don't have too many female friends because they act out". Its not really smart "knowing what you want at any cost" when you want a man that has multiple kids by multiple women and NO MEANS of taking care of them or you. Unfortunately I must admit I got 3X as many women as was much more respected when I sold dope as opposed to being a normal working man. I'd also like to add that this white woman has obvisiously come to her conclusions based on what a black man (men) has told her and a certain type of black man at that. If the black man that you are dating went for you for the reasons you state in your letter. I'd be a little leary, Many black men blame black women as though he has no responsibility for how the relationship turned out suggesting that if he just dated outside of his race, that would solve the problem. The only reason black women have a problem with the black men dating white women is the black man's rationale for doing so. We don't care who you date if it's for the right reasons not because there is something's wrong with us.
