There is a problem that needs to be adressed... Black males that have done time and are trying to do right are being denied jobs .. Because the have a record dating back 10 15 v20 years.... How do I know this is true because it happening to me.. I've been told that companys don't even want me as a temp even if my case was caught in 92... So what am I to do more crime no I just keep looking cause God will make a way for me...
