A star may be reborn with Beyoncé

Chalk another one up for Beyoncé: TheYBF.com reports that she has been tapped by producer Jon Peters to star in a remake of A Star Is Born.
Since the film’s original release in the 1930s with Janet Gaynor in the lead role, it’s been remade twice already—once in the ’50s with Judy Garland and once in the ’70s with Barbra Streisand.
BrownSista.com says Beyoncé is the latest name to be attached to this project. If the rumors are true, Queen B will be on the silver screen doing what she does best, because she’d be playing another singer.
If they’re just rumors then you’ll still be able to catch B at the movies next year: She’s starring in Obsessed, where she plays the beautiful wife of a successful businessman. Hmmm, that doesn’t sound like much of stretch for Beyoncé!
