Diddy really is 'Unforgivable'

[From Left: Sean John Unforgivable bottle, Tom Patti's "Compacted Gray with Clear and Ribs"]

Diddy's gone and done it this time. The mogul, sometimes-rapper, sometimes-actor and budding beauty impresario may have used a copyrighted image of artist Tom Patti's sculpture, called "Compacted Gray with Clear and Ribs," as inspiration for the Sean John Unforgivable bottle. Both structures are small, smoky gray squares with horizontal ribbing. Coincidence? The artist thinks not.

Tom has now filed a lawsuit against Diddy and his company Sean John in Federal Court and is asking for unspecified damages, reports TMZ.
