The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office could have better evidence for a case against Chris Brown than a picture of Rihanna’s injuries: Rihanna’s own words!

After their alleged fight on February 8, Rihanna supposedly told the Los Angeles Police Department that Chris’ abuse had become “more violent” over time, TMZ.com reports. 

LAPD detective notes from a search warrant give a blow-by-blow account of what happened in the car that night.  They state that the couple began fighting after Rihanna saw a three-page text message from another woman. 

During the argument, Chris allegedly tried to push RiRi out of the car and shoved her head against the passenger side window while he was driving.   Then he repeatedly punched her in the face when she turned to face him.

Rihanna claims he threatened her by saying "I'm going to beat the **** out of you when we get home. You wait and see."

That’s enough evidence for the L.A. County D.A. to file felony domestic battery charges against Chris, which could happen as early as today.

That’s not all!  According to TMZ, police snapped some more pictures of Rihanna’s injuries on the day after the alleged fight, February 9.  They said the pictures show worse injuries than the one originally leaked because the bruises and swelling are more apparent.
