Barbara Walters makes Oprah cry
Oprah Winfrey got a little misty when Barbara Walters asked about her close friendship with Gayle King.
During her sit-down with Barbara, airing tonight at 9 p.m. on ABC, the media maven is brought to tears when Gayle’s name is brought up.
“She is the mother I never had, she is the sister everybody would want. She is the friend that everybody deserves,” Oprah said of her close friend. “I don’t know a better person.”
And while they were talking about her BFF, Barbara asked about the gay rumors that keep cropping up. Oprah simply clarified that she loves the ladies—just not in the way.
“I have said ‘We are not gay’ enough times,” Oprah said. “I’m not a lesbian. I’m not even kind of a lesbian.”
It’s a question that’s really getting on Oprah’s nerves. Find out why when you watch the clip below.
