Chris Rock helped a woman in labor using nothing more than quick wit and the healing power of laughter.


 
Chris was at Neiman Marcus in the Garden State Plaza mall when a woman’s water broke. The comedian immediately stepped in to help, using his comedy to keep the mommy-to-be calm.


 
"He was making the crowd and the woman in labor laugh," a witness told UsMagazine.com. "She recognized who he was immediately and he stayed there until the paramedics took her away."


 
We’ll assume Chris finished his Christmas shopping after the woman left in the ambulance. There’s no word on how the new mom and baby are doing at this time.
