Vh1 will show that there’s more to Mashonda than the drama surrounding her nasty split from Swizz Beatz.
 
The network has announced that Mashonda will head up the cast for its upcoming reality series titled “Love & Hip Hop.”  Olivia formerly of G-Unit, Fabolous’ girlfriend Emily Bustamente and Jim Jones’ girlfriend, Christina “Chrissy” Lampkin, will round out the cast. 


 
“The show is about strength and womanhood,” Mashonda said in a statement. “I’m excited about the show and women on it.” Vh1 cameras will follow the ladies around as they fight to make names for themselves in the entertainment industry.


 
Of course, the show will also give a dramatic, and undoubtedly entertaining, look at their love lives as well.  For example, Emily and Christina are waiting for their men to get over their commitment issues and settle down. 

 
We’ll have to wait to see their hustle, as “Love & Hip Hop” is slated to premiere March 21 on Vh1.
