Nia Long is expecting baby #2
Photos of Nia Long vacationing in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, show the NAACP Image Award winner wearing a black bikini, a beach sarong and a mom-to-be glow.
The 40-year-old single mother is expecting her second child, according to BET.com. Although Nia is reportedly seeing someone—unless she went the artificial insemination route—there's no word yet on whether an engagement is in her near future.
Nia, who admittedly loves motherhood, refers to her 11-year-old son, Massai Zhivago, as her world and most valuable creation.
"It's wonderful," Nia said when describing motherhood in a 2006 interview with Life Weekend Magazine. "There’s a bond that we have because it’s just me and him against the world. I get to discover life through his eyes, and he gets to learn from my experience."
The Love Jones and Best Man actress has been very open about her love for motherhood; however, she says she likes to keep her life with Massai separate from her work life.
"My personal life and my professional life are very different, and I try to keep them separate, just because my personal life is so precious to me," said Nia who has yet to confirm how far along she is, but from her photos, it seems her newest precious addition is already bringing her joy.
