Things looking up for T.I. with release

T.I. will be a free man in a week and a wealthier one, too, as sales of his AKOO clothing line skyrocket.

He’ll be a free man in a week and a wealthier one, too. Rapper T.I. is seeing a 25 percent increase in sales for his fashion line, AKOO, since being convicted of drug possession. And he's preparing for his new reality show!

The Atlanta rapper, real name Clifford Harris, definitely knows how to hustle. He will be enjoying much success with his last week in an Atlanta Halfway House coming up.

According to TMZ, a rep for AKOO reported the climb in sales for the clothing line in the last year while T.I. was M.I.A. Supposedly, lockup made his clothes more appealing to fans! The company anticipates another jump in sales when Tip comes back on the scene on September 29. And as of this week, AKOO officially can keep its trademark that was challenged by media company Akoo International.

What’s better for the rapper is the collaboration with VHI to release his new show. “T.I.’s Family Hustle” is set to air in December.

We guess the camera shyness from refusing to be seen on BET's “Tiny and Toya” went away--and just in time! Though not a lot is known about the show, VHI is already getting ready to tape the new series.

T.I. has one more business venture up his sleeve not to be overlooked, the release of a new book. Power & Beauty: A Love Story of Life on the Streets is set to come out by October 18.

Way to bounce back T.I.
