Barbara Walters thinks the Kardashian clan are some of the year's most interesting people.

ABC News has announced that the Kardashian family (specifically Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris Jenner) made the cut for the Most Fascinating People of 2011.

Barbara sat down with the ladies for a chat that will air December 14 at 9:30 p.m. Simon Cowell, Katy Perry, Derek Jeter and Pippa Middleton are also set to appear on "Barbara Walters Presents: The 10 Most Fascinating People of 2011"

In other Kardashian news, Kim's estranged hubby Kris Humphries has given up the dream. Kris, who was determined to fight for his marriages, has flipped the script on Kim.

Kris' camp told CNN that instead of giving Kim the divorce she's seeking, he's filed for a legal separation so that he can get an annulment. Kris' reps also said that any rumors that may be circulating about the NBA baller being gay are false.

Originally, Kris had planned to sign the divorce paper so that both he and Kim could move on. However, an annulment would completely wipe the marriage from his records.
