More than two years after the sex scandal that rocked his career, Tiger Woods has finally won another golf tournament.

Sunday saw a major milestone in Tiger's return to glory as he won the Chevron World Challenge in Thousand Oaks, California, the New York Daily News reports

He clinched the victory over Zach Johnson with a 10-foot putt. “It just feels awesome whatever it is,” he told reporters. “Kind of hard for me to elaborate beyond that. I know it’s been a while, but also for some reason it feels like it hasn’t.”

The Challenge is actually one that he hosts for his own foundation, but it's not an official tournament. Still, Tiger is taking the win and hoping to build from there. “Yeah, I feel pretty good going into next year. I think if I have a good year I should be on the ballot for Comeback Player of the Year,” Tiger joked. “So I’m excited about that.”

Both Tiger and Zach racked up 73 points on Saturday, so they entered the final round of the tournament tied. Jack isn't upset about the loss, though, because that's not how he feels that Sunday's round played out.

“The way I look at it, I don’t think I lost the tournament. I think he won it,” Zach said. “He made two really good putts and hit good shots to get in those positions to make those putts. As I said (Saturday), if the man is healthy, that’s paramount. I mean, he’s the most experienced and the best player I’ve ever played with. In every situation, he knows how to execute and win."
